The window tellers are usually happy and friendly and most importantly quick and accurate. They always do everything they can to help me and it is nice to have a place i trust handle my money.
I am new to this bank and it seems anytime I call, I get a young gentleman who is just "not nice." I consider myself to be a rather pleasent person, so to get this type of service does not make me happy. The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is altough he is rude, the person who opened my accts was very nice. It is ashame that the person I deal with on a regular basis has a poor attitude.
